This page explains how to request the deletion of your nuvem.works account and the data associated with it. nuvem.works is an app by NUVEM.ONLINE LTDA, CNPJ 32.676.503/0001-78 ("Nuvem.Online", "we").
1. How to request deletion
- Send the request. Email wallacy@nuvem.online with the subject "Exclusão de conta nuvem.works", from your account's email address, or use the data subject request form.
- We confirm your identity. We may ask for a confirmation to make sure the request comes from the account owner.
- We delete the account. We complete the deletion within 15 days and let you know by email when it is done.
If you are the sole owner of an organization
An organization cannot be left without an owner. Before the deletion, transfer ownership to another person in the organization or, in the same request, ask for the organization to be closed.
If your account belongs to a company's workspace
When you use nuvem.works through your company (our customer), the company is the controller of the workspace data, such as people and roles, sessions and the trail. In that case, the request about this data is forwarded to the company, and we support it in handling it, as explained in section 1 of the Privacy Policy.
2. What is deleted
- Personal account: name, email and account identifier at our identity provider.
- Organization membership: the workspaces you belong to, your role and your groups.
- Saved credentials: the server credentials you saved.
- Preferences: your settings in nuvem.works.
3. What is kept and for how long
Some data is kept after the deletion, for the periods in section 6 of the Privacy Policy:
| Data | Period |
|---|---|
| Workspace trail (records of the sessions you opened) | 12 months, automatically removed afterwards. The trail belongs to the customer's workspace, which is the controller |
| Application access logs | 12 months, together with the trail (the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework requires at least 6 months) |
| Acceptance of the terms | For the period needed to exercise rights, up to 5 years |
